Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 March 2026

Invizar s.r.o. ("Invizar", "we") operates the website invizar.tech. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

The Short Version

We do not use cookies. We do not track you across the web. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We collect only what you explicitly give us and the minimum technical data needed to serve the website.

What We Collect

1. Information you submit voluntarily

When you submit the expansion assessment form or write to us by email, you provide information such as your name, email address, company name, and details about your business situation. We use this exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage with us, to deliver our services.

2. Analytics data

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This tool does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individuals across sites or sessions. It records aggregate page views, referral sources, and country-level location. No IP addresses are stored.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs that may include IP addresses and request metadata. These are used for security and performance monitoring only, are not combined with other data, and are retained according to the hosting provider's standard policy.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use cookies of any kind (no functional, analytical, or advertising cookies)
  • We do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting
  • We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any third-party tracking script
  • We do not serve ads or share data with advertising networks
  • We do not build behavioral profiles of visitors

Data Storage and Retention

Form submissions are stored in our serverless form handler and forwarded to our email. We retain inquiry data for the duration of any resulting business relationship plus 3 years, or delete it upon request if no engagement follows.

All data is processed within the EU or by processors that provide adequate safeguards under GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent (where consent is the legal basis)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@invizar.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
