These terms govern your use of the invizar.tech website and any services provided by Invizar s.r.o.
1. The Website
The content on this website, including published intelligence analyses, is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, market conditions change and analysis reflects a point in time. Published intelligence does not constitute business, legal, or financial advice.
You may share and link to our published content with attribution. You may not reproduce it in full without permission.
2. Expansion Assessments
When you submit an expansion assessment request, you provide information about your company and business situation. We use this information solely to produce your assessment and to evaluate whether our services are a fit for your needs.
The expansion assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It represents our analytical perspective based on publicly available information and what you provide. It is not a guarantee of results.
3. Service Engagements
If you choose to engage Invizar for services beyond the initial assessment, those engagements are governed by a separate agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and termination conditions. These Terms of Service do not replace or modify any such agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The Invizar name, methodology, analytical frameworks, and published content are the intellectual property of Invizar s.r.o.
Intelligence and deliverables produced specifically for your company as part of a paid engagement belong to you, except that Invizar retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated patterns derived from engagement work to improve its methodology and systems.
This exception does not apply to your proprietary business data, which remains yours.
5. Confidentiality
Information you share through the assessment form or during engagements is treated as confidential. We do not share your company information, business situation, or assessment results with third parties.
We will never use your company name, logo, or engagement details in marketing materials without your explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Invizar provides market intelligence and strategic analysis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our work informs your decisions; it does not make them for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, Invizar's total liability for any claim arising from use of the website or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
